"Dear Sir, Late last year we decided to have a pool installed at our home. We had several pool companies attend our address and give us quotes on the installation and the necessary extras that we required. To say that we were disappointed was an understatement.

That was until the Pool Consultant from your company came to our house. He answered every one of my questions without hesitation and was able to give me a full quote for everything that I requested on the spot, which was far more than other pool builders could do.

In the previous 5 years since we have built our house in Sydney’s outer west, we had a large extension built on the rear of the house - that company went into liquidation. We had a large American style shed also built - that company went into liquidation and finally the firm that installed our ducted air conditioning - also went into liquidation. These were all well known companies. So you can see that it is quite refreshing to have someone to complete something at our house so well and so professionally. In the beginning, we gave the Pool Consultant a bit of a hard time with questions about the company and he handled it with the utmost diplomacy.

I then was contacted by the Construction Coordinator who took over the role of ensuring the excavation and installation of the pool went as he said it would. His team, including the Installer, did an absolutely magnificent job. The Construction Coordinator organised everything for us, from the in floor cleaning, solar heating, extra wide surrounds and paving.

Nothing was a problem for him, and if it was, he didn’t show it.
He continually remained in contact with us and ensured that the tradesmen arrived when they were supposed to and if they couldn’t make it, he would call us immediately with a new time and date. The installation of the pool went without a hitch and I would put that down to the over sighting of the project by the Construction Coordinator. He was there every time something major had to be done with the pool. Even with the in floor cleaning system, which had a small glitch, the Construction Coordinator persevered until it was fixed to perfection.

The pool is magnificent and it was a pleasure dealing with whole team.
